1. Free Trial
No free trials are provied for now.
2. Subscription Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
- Upon cancellation, you'll retain access until the end of your billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation for recovery
3. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of paid subscription, we'll provide a full refund
- Service Outage: Pro-rata refund for any downtime exceeding 24 hours
- Billing Errors: Full refund for any incorrect charges
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Partial month subscriptions after the 7-day guarantee period
- Add-on services or custom development work
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
5. Refund Processing
- Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 business days
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancel your subscription, please:
- Log into your account and go to Settings → Subscription
- Or email us at aditya@adicreates.com with your account details
- Include your reason for cancellation (helps us improve)
7. Data Export
Before cancellation, you can export all your data including properties, leads, and documents. After 30 days of cancellation, data will be permanently deleted.
