By accessing and using ADI CREATES real estate management software, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

ADI CREATES provides a cloud-based real estate management platform including property management, lead tracking, team collaboration, and analytics tools.

3. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly as per your selected plan
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes
• Payment is processed securely through Razorpay
• You can cancel your subscription at any time

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not misuse or attempt to hack the platform

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you input into the platform. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

ADI CREATES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
